For International ClientsCan foreigners own property in Thailand?
Foreigners cannot own land outright in Thailand, but can own a condominium unit (up to 49% of the building), hold a long-term lease (up to 30 years), or use a Thai company structure. We can advise on the best approach for your situation.
I'm going through a divorce with a Thai spouse. What are my rights?
Thai law applies to divorces registered in Thailand. Assets acquired during the marriage are generally split equally. Child custody decisions are based on the best interests of the child, not nationality. We represent both Thai and foreign spouses.
